- Choose from 2-part, 3-part, 4-part, or 5-part carbonless sets
- Choose from many colors options: Black or 1-color, Black plus 1-color, or 4-color
- Form numbering available
- Choose to have your forms glued on any edge
- Artwork must not print within 1/4″ of the trim edge
- Standard set sequence 2-5 part:
- 2 part – white, canary
- 3 part – white, canary, pink
- 4 part – white, canary, pink, goldenrod
- 5 part – white, green, canary, pink, goldenrod
